Our Approach

The good news is that help is at hand! Leading nutritionist, Joanne Beer and the Revitalise team specialise in giving sound, medically researched advice on all aspects of nutrition and health. In particular, Jo will clearly sort out fad from fact providing personal coaching whether you are looking to lose weight or just become healthier.

Our approach is holistic, natural and safe. We don’t believe in the routine use of expensive supplements, shakes or diet pills. These do not help you change the behaviour that got you unfit or overweight and they are not a long term solution. To get the best for your body we work on a lifestyle approach, changing bad habits over time and developing new sustainable habits for life. Whether you choose a short or long term program or opt for one to one coaching sessions the approach is the same – a healthy balanced program for life to get you into The Health Zone.
